Appointments & Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve every appointment and is applied toward your treatment. Each appointment time is held exclusively for you.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Appointments changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Arrivals of more than 15 minutes past the appointment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.

Consultations
Every new client begins with a private consultation — a considered conversation about your features, goals, and medical history before any treatment is planned.

Refund Policy
Treatments rendered are non-refundable. Unused prepaid services may be transferred or held as credit at our discretion.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Cherry and CareCredit payment plans. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

During this time, she had the privilege of working alongside some of the most renowned plastic surgeons in the city. In recent years, she has successfully managed and operated medical spas in the bustling metropolis of New York.
At ACE Aesthetics, Paula's personalized treatments are the cornerstone of the experience. With years of dedicated service backing her, Paula has crafted a space where each client's preferences are carefully considered. Expect an unhurried, one-on-one experience. We review your plan together, answer every question, and proceed only when you feel completely comfortable. Most injectable appointments take 30 to 45 minutes with little to no downtime.
We accept all major credit cards and offer flexible payment plans through Cherry and CareCredit, so your treatment plan can fit comfortably within your budget.
